  10. LOTTERY ANALYZER AND PICKER is a program that analyzes statistics on    
  11. previous winning lottery numbers and randomly chooses lottery numbers   
  12. for you.  The winning lottery numbers can be updated and changed at any 
  13. time.                                                                   
  14.                                                                         
  15. Display a listing of the last 48 winning numbers, showing the number of 
  16. repeats from the previous drawing, the total odd and even numbers, the  
  17. sum of all six numbers, and the difference and average between the      
  18. numbers drawn.  Find out how many times each number was picked in       
  19. previous drawings.  Display a graph of the previous winning numbers and 
  20. a graph of the frequency of each winning number.

  22. Besides giving statistics on previous winning lottery numbers, LOTTERY  
  23. ANALYZER AND PICKER can randomly select lottery numbers for you.  Set   
  24. limitations on the random selection to include or exclude certain       
  25. numbers, set the average frequency, set the total sum of all six        
  26. numbers, have consecutive or double numbers, include previous winning   
  27. numbers and more.  After you pick numbers from the random selection,    
  28. LOTTERY ANALYZER can display a graph of all the numbers that were       
  29. chosen.
